1 yearTotal scam, best not to pick up.1 yearI’ve been getting calls from what seems like the same caller but from several different numbers (07929085924, 07477839054, 07536371377 and 07841162361). It turns out they’re linked to a dodgy outfit supposedly in Delhi - heard their office’s been raided more than once, but they’re always tipped off beforehand and just shift to a new spot. One time they threatened me with some serious stuff if I didn’t comply. They claim to be London-based but you can hear the Indian accents loud and clear. Bit sketchy, if you ask me.London1 yearGot a call from someone claiming to be from EE saying I was picked for a phone bill upgrade. They asked straight away if I had an iPhone or a Samsung. I just said no thanks and ended the call.EESamsung1 yearIn the last day, I got two calls from one number. First time it was a woman with an Indian accent saying she was ringing from O2. Then not long after, a man answered, also Indian, saying he was calling on behalf of EE. When I asked for proof, he got really nasty and shouted at me. Definitely looks like a scam from abroad! I've already reported them to Action Fraud.EEAction Fraud1 yearSomeone rang me saying they were from "3 network" offering a free upgrade and started quizzing me about my phone. I told them if they really worked for 3 mobile UK, they’d already have those details. They claimed it was for security reasons. So I said, if you’re legit, I’ve got a few security questions for you to prove it. They just cut me off straight away!3 Mobile UK1 yearIt was a lady with an Indian accent, but there was a lot of noise in the background - sounded like loads of people shouting or talking really loudly.Submit Your Own Report (020 8044 4051)
