02080403612 rang up and it was a bloke with a thick Indian accent claiming to be from HSBC/M&S. He tried getting my wife to approve two dodgy transactions on her M&S card by saying she needed to authorise some texts on her phone. He insisted the charges had to be authorised before any refund could be given, but couldn't provide any details about the purchases. While he kept telling us he was from M&S, I quickly phoned M&S myself on my mobile to check, and it turned out the charges were definitely a scam. The moment M&S picked up my call, the dodgy caller hung up straight away.
