Got an email saying I’d been accepted for a loan, so I filled out all the forms by email - no proper website or anything. Then they asked me to send the first payment straight away through a bank transfer. I wanted to pay by some kind of link instead but when I called the number in the message, a bloke answered with a really thick accent and it was hard to get what he was saying. I decided not to go ahead and now these lot keep ringing me. The name on the calls is Rick Henry Loans.

I’ve only got one London number saved and that’s a mate’s, definitely not this one. If I don’t know the number, I just let it ring out. Honestly, this has got all the signs of being scam or junk calls. If anyone else gets calls from it, best to just block it and not even bother picking up.

I received an incredibly irritating call the other day from someone claiming to be "David from O2". He was trying to entice me with some so-called discounts. I found it all rather suspicious and decided to block the number straightaway.

I ditched VirginMedia a couple months back, but they just won’t quit! Been getting nonstop calls, probably over 200 by now, all trying to get me back on board. It’s totally ridiculous.

Got a call from someone saying they had a special O2 discount, but it turned out to be a total scam. They trick you into ordering a pricey iPhone in your name, then tell you to send it back to them for a refund. After you send it off, you soon realise it was all a con and you never get your phone or any money back. Absolute nightmare!

I didn't pick up but looked up the number and it turns out they’re a mobile phone company. Since I just switched my contract recently, I’m guessing this call is probably some kind of spam.
