Someone phoned claiming to be with Queen Base about a crypto account... they only had my name and phone number. They kept trying to figure out my email address, but couldn’t get it right at all.

My daughter got a call from this number claiming to be from EE at Brent Cross. They said someone was trying to get a SIM card linked to her account. They already had her name, address and date of birth - although the DOB they had was wrong. They told her she needed to give them a code to cancel it, which they sent over, but she refused to share it. Then they started threatening to block her account. She said she would ring EE on 150 instead. She ended the call and reported it to EE. This was clearly a scam.
