They charged me a deposit and sent a receipt with Star Alliance on it - though there were no flight details at all. When I asked to cancel because I started to feel dodgy about it, they agreed but then tried to charge me twice more. I’ve now reported the whole thing to my bank. Oddly, the numbers they used, 02080386139 and +44 2046211147, no longer show up under Dial a Flight.
