I received a call from someone who asserted they were representing BT Openreach. Quite an insistent chap, he was. As I began to probe further into his claims, he became surprisingly disrespectful. Definitely a con artist in my opinion!

Said they were from BT, but when I told them I was going to end the call, they got really nasty, even though they didn’t use many bad words.
