Phone number ☎️ 02080163300 👆 is reported as a mixed experience: the number genuinely belongs to Meta’s Facebook Marketing Pro team, who contact businesses - often by prior arrangement - to offer assistance with advertising campaigns. Many users find these calls helpful and professional, recognising them as sales or support related to Facebook ads. However, there are numerous warnings about potential scammers impersonating Meta representatives, especially when callers make unsolicited requests for sensitive information, push screen sharing, or exhibit poor call quality with heavy accents. Several users advise caution, recommending verification via official email domains and refusal to share account details over the phone. Overall, while this contact can be legitimate support, vigilance against phishing and fraud is strongly advised.

Got a call from this number, some woman with a heavy accent, sounded quite rough, saying she was from Facebook. She said she had chatted with my colleague “Matt” recently, but I don’t work with anyone named Matt. Then she said she’d send me a link to verify my page. I already have the blue tick for years though. Told her that and she insisted the tick was gone from my account, which was not true. I ended the call and she rang back after about 20 minutes but I didn’t pick up. I’m definitely planning to block this number. Sounds like a scam to me.

This number belongs to Meta, specifically the adverts team. I'm a digital marketer and deal with them quite often, so I can say for sure it's legit. Those saying it’s a scam might be jumping the gun a bit.

Just got a call from Meta, apparently they want to chat about my Facebook ad strategies. Nothing dodgy, really - just your typical dull marketing spiel.

I've come across a rather dubious account masquerading as a manager from Meta. It seems they're fishing for personal details to access accounts and disseminate advertisements in a rather nefarious manner. Stay vigilant, folks!

On the 4th of December 2023, I got a call from this number, which I didn’t recognise. Given the current wave of phone scams, I chose to ignore it. Interestingly, this number has also popped up multiple times on my Facebook, urging me to chat with a Meta marketing expert regarding ads. However, I haven't booked a call or expressed any interest in such a consultation. Quite curious, isn't it?

The Facebook Business folks rang me up as scheduled. It wasn’t some dodgy spam call - though the first time they called, it was eerily quiet, so that might throw some people off.

I got two calls from this number claiming to be from Meta (Facebook) about a client from years back. If they were legit, they’d know I’m not an Administrator anymore. Seems pretty dodgy to me. Wouldn’t trust them at all.

This number got in touch with my work line in September 2023 and then rang again in November. The initial call, I ignored as I wasn’t paying attention to what they were on about, and the second time they were completely silent! Whether it's linked to Meta or not, it’s irrelevant - my work phone isn’t tied to any of their platforms, so I reckon this is just a typical scam!

I can confirm that this is indeed a legitimate number associated with Meta. They're reaching out to persuade you to boost your spending on Facebook advertisements. It’s not a scam, just a standard sales pitch. I've interacted with their "Marketing Experts" for quite some time, and they can actually be quite useful at times. It's likely that you're getting this call due to a recent uptick in your ad expenditure or perhaps because you've only just launched some advertising campaigns.

What a dodgy affair! I’ve had multiple calls from these folks purporting to be from Meta, waxing lyrical about Facebook ad expenditure. The moment they brought up screen sharing, I promptly ended the call. It’s a classic ruse aimed at gaining access to your computer. Quite suspect, if you ask me. And those glowing reviews? Likely from the very scammers themselves. Stay alert, everyone!

I recently had a call from Meta regarding my paid advertisements, and it turned out to be incredibly helpful. This is probably the third occasion they’ve reached out to me, and I must say, their customer service is commendable. As I invest in Facebook ads, I really appreciated the insights they provided. The representative took the time to assist me in tweaking some settings for my advertising campaign. We chatted for nearly an hour, during which she patiently walked me through each step, showing me precisely where to click and how to enhance my ads.

Why would Meta not consider hiring individuals from Nigeria? It’s rather telling what kind of mindset allows for such a remark. Just to clarify, this is indeed a legitimate Meta contact number-perhaps it’s time to reassess those biases.

It's from Meta. I've previously had the pleasure of interacting with one of their marketing specialists, and they were absolutely brilliant. However, I found this lady's accent quite thick, making it difficult for me to follow our conversation. It might be more helpful if Meta could send out an email beforehand to give a heads-up about the call-I reckon arranging it via email first would also be a better approach.

It appears to be Meta, yet the call quality leaves much to be desired since it's originating from India, cleverly disguised as a London number. The accent can be quite challenging to comprehend. We've advised them that if they wish for us to boost our advertising budget, they need to ring us from within the UK.

I can confirm that this number indeed belongs to Meta (Facebook). It connects you to their Marketing Professionals. Initially, I had my doubts, but the chap I spoke with was extremely courteous and offered valuable insights on optimising our Facebook advertisements. If you're feeling unsure about the legitimacy, simply request them to drop you an email. As long as it comes from one of the domains mentioned in the link below, you can proceed with confidence! https://www.facebook.com/business/help/372703956148310 On a side note, I'm currently working as a Marketing Manager over in Cheshire, England.

I just received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Meta, but let's be real - they don’t just ring you up out of the blue or without prior arrangement. The chap had a Nigerian accent, which made me raise an eyebrow. I find it hard to believe that Meta employs individuals from Nigeria to make unsolicited calls! 😂😂😂 Definitely a scammer at work here.

I received a call from someone claiming to be with the Meta Pro Team. I had requested an email, and sure enough, they sent one my way from an address that ended with @business.facebook.com. Shortly after, there was another meeting arranged, accompanied by an email from @support.facebook.com. The person on the line was able to access past campaigns and their corresponding analytics. All in all, I’m convinced it’s a genuine inquiry.

Received a call purporting to be from Meta, yet the individual she mentioned as overseeing our Meta account has never been associated with us. Clearly, they lack any proper access to Meta’s information. It seems rather dubious; either a tactic to peddle Meta’s services or a potential scam aiming to breach business accounts. Proceed with caution!

Received a call from someone claiming to be from Meta, aiming to discuss strategies for enhancing advertising. It struck me as odd since I’ve never had any prior interaction with them. Received a call from someone claiming to be with "Meta" who insisted on discussing my business account. When I probed a bit further, she requested the last four digits of my Facebook ad account, saying she could assist in enhancing my ad performance. I expressed my unease and inquired again about her location, and she reiterated that she was with Meta. During our chat, I took the liberty of searching her number and discovered it was flagged as spam, which led me to politely decline to continue our conversation. Quite perplexing, to say the least!
