I picked up and they just dropped the call straight away. Seems like they're hoping you'll ring back so it uses up your credit.

I picked up the phone and they started asking about a car crash, but i honestly couldn't recall anything about it. i probably got a concussion or something. So i said something like "oh yeah, i died in it." they just ended the call straight away.
