Could you clarify if this number belongs to a recruitment agency? We've made several payments already and will likely need to make more, but I'm a tad sceptical about whether this is actually a legitimate business or not.

Cheers for all your assistance! We received a call today that was spot on, just like the ones you mentioned. Did a bit of digging on the number and uncovered some dodgy dealings. Really appreciate all your help, thank you!

We keep receiving the same call repeatedly, but what led you to have your doubts?

Absolutely, we've been on the hunt for work since graduating last year, and the pressure's really on! We had a call with Charles Allen, but the whole situation felt like déjà vu with the same bloke on the other end, repeatedly urging us to call back as soon as we can. Quite frustrating, really. I’ve already forked out some cash for this as well, and now I’m left wondering if there’s any chance of reclaiming it. Has anyone managed to get their money back in a similar situation? Would love to hear about any triumphs!

Well, what a stroke of luck we've just had! These folks nearly had us fork over our account details to pay £299 for a CeFA course, all because they claimed to have found our CV a perfect fit for three different jobs! For the first time, we decided to be a bit shady and told them we didn't think we had sufficient funds in our account. We asked if we could possibly pay later! The chap on the other end said, “Just a moment, I’ll sort it out for you,” but we eventually hung up. There you have it - we nearly got conned by these dodgy lot! Believe it or not, we just gave ourselves a good slap on the face, and it stung a bit! But, honestly, we kind of brought it upon ourselves!

Could you please clarify the status of this recruitment agency? We've already made several payments and there are additional fees for a course that we need to settle, but we're uncertain if this is a legitimate organisation. Any details you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Earlier today, we received a call regarding positions like those listed - financial analyst, trainee analyst, and trainee stockbroker. I’m curious, does anyone know if these callers are actually helpful when it comes to securing these roles? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Indeed, we encountered the very same call recently regarding a UK employer. They reiterated much of what’s been expressed here. The course fee is £300, and upon completion, a company based in Canary Wharf is apparently set to hire us. If that doesn’t pan out, they’ve promised a full refund. Has anyone else got any further insights on this?

This is definitely a dodgy organisation. The number belongs to a company that’s clearly just after your cash. I reached out to employeruk as well, and all they're doing is trying to extract money from unsuspecting folks. We received the same call, claiming I’d been shortlisted for jobs - what a load of nonsense! There’s absolutely no such thing as a company guaranteeing you a job just because you fork out for their course materials. And when you look this up online, it's riddled with people sharing similar tales of being scammed by the same lot. Best advice is to steer clear of them and definitely try to reclaim your funds.

It’s definitely a con! This lot is advertising positions as a trainee stockbroker, financial analyst, and graduate analyst, but they want to fleece you for £600 just for the training before they’ll even consider putting you forward for a role. Absolute nonsense, if you ask me!

Fantastic, I wish we’d done a bit of sleuthing beforehand. We’re absolutely eager to land a job, especially after finishing our studies last year! We received a call from someone named Charles Allen, who seemed like a completely similar character, urging us to ring him back promptly. Sadly, I’ve already forked out some cash. I can’t help but wonder if there’s anything at all we might do to reclaim our funds. Has anyone had any luck getting their money back?

Oh, come on! We were just called by them saying I’m on the shortlist for a position, but curiously, she didn’t breathe a word about any courses or fees at all. Instead, she advised me to give the job description a good read and to get back in touch if I was keen. This has us thinking that when we do call back, they might try to pull a fast one and get us to cough up cash for some sort of course!

I've been getting the same call repeatedly, but what did you think it might be?

What a complete scam this turned out to be! Total nonsense!

I received a voicemail from a chap named Mr Spencer, and at first, I thought it was a legitimate opportunity since I had applied for the same roles. However, the moment I realised that none of the three positions were listed in my application history, I began to have doubts. A quick search of the phone number revealed it to be a scam! I'm quite relieved that I stumbled upon this information, as it spared me from what would have been a rather disappointing and infuriating call. Take my advice - steer clear and don't return their call!
