I initially expected this to be a reliable parcel delivery service, but I’ve experienced quite the opposite. Every time I try to get in touch, I’m just met with a vague "hello" on the phone. They seem to ignore any specific queries I have about my package, which I booked ages ago. To make matters worse, they still manage to deduct payment from my account. Absolutely frustrating!

It seems like they might be a courier service, but it's quite baffling that when they answer the phone, all they say is "hello." They didn’t show up to collect the parcel after I arranged for pickup, and yet they still expect to charge me! What a curious situation indeed!
