I can't believe the audacity of these individuals! We forked out £700 for a ticket to Zimbabwe, only for them to vanish into thin air without so much as a trace or even the ticket itself. It’s utterly appalling! I sincerely hope they face the consequences of their actions. That woman, Jacob, should be ashamed of herself!
