Somebody rang up my elderly family member asking for their late husband like it was nothing. Then this woman went straight into a spiel about a faulty boiler at their place with no care at all. Luckily, my relative was near the hallway and managed to hang up, but they felt quite shaken by the rude way the caller behaved. I’ve gone ahead and blocked that number!
