We initially enrolled in their internet service but ended up cancelling it shortly after a month. Since that time, they’ve been incessantly trying to take money from us on a weekly basis for the service. I had a chat with a chap yesterday who informed me that they don’t process cancellations via email-which is rather puzzling given that everything was set up online! Apparently, a phone call is required. Meanwhile, we keep receiving daily emails from them. The most sensible move seems to be to revoke all direct debits and classify their emails as spam.

We're also receiving calls from these folks. It appears they're attempting to siphon off money from our PayPal account, which we had only set up for what was supposed to be our free initial order. We've since put a block on that. The quality of their service has been top-notch, and I had initially intended to use them again. However, the incessant barrage of around twenty emails daily with their promotions has become utterly tiresome. We're thoroughly fed up with it all now.
