I got a text from +44 7902 006911, saying it was Lloyds Bank. The message mentioned some bloke called Mohammad Abdi and said, “device has been added to Apple Pay. If that’s not you, call 020 79711282 straight away.” I had a quick look online and couldn’t find any Lloyds branch or office linked to that number or address. The number came through as a clickable link in the message. Problem is, I’m not even signed up to Apple Pay, plus I don’t have an account with Lloyds. Seems dodgy to me.

Got a text from +44 7902006908 saying something like: "Lloyds: 'Mohammad Abdi' just linked a device to Apple Pay. If this isn’t you, call 02079711282 immediately." But weirdly, that number looks like it's for a Builder’s firm, not Lloyds Bank at all. Bit fishy if you ask me.
