Citi Financial, eh? The friendliest bunch of customer service representatives we’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with. Absolutely delightful and genuinely keen to lend an ear. However, that’s as far as our goodwill stretches. We’ve made the decision to no longer answer their calls, as their behaviour has turned rather unpleasant, not to mention the voicemail messages, which we’ve conveniently kept for your reference, should you ever come across this, Citi Financial.
