We made a call and it turned out to be regarding an upgrade for T Cell. The individuals we spoke with confirmed that we are indeed due for it and all the information provided was accurate.

The moment you show any interest, they immediately start asking for your driving licence number, passport details, or even your card information. It all feels very suspicious to us. When I reached out to T cell directly, they had no record of these calls whatsoever!
