Somebody ringing from 02079646235 told me they're beginning legal action and sending me an arrest warrant, which I have no idea about. Total scam if you ask me. I’ve paid all my bills, cheers very much. Tried to ring them back but the line seemed dead. I’ve just blocked the number now.

So I got a call from 02079646235 yesterday but I missed it. There was a voicemail from some robot voice telling me “press 1 for details about a case in your name before legal action happens,” then it just cut off. When I called back, nothing happened - no ring, no answer, total silence. I tried calling a few times but same result. In the end, I just decided to ignore it and move on.

Today, I received a rather alarming call from a number traced back to London. The voice on the other end informed me that I was allegedly involved in a criminal offence and that a report of fraud had been filed against me. They went on to threaten that I was on the brink of arrest and urged me to press '1' for further details regarding the supposed case. Initially, I must admit, I was quite unsettled and didn’t even suspect it might be a con. I refrained from pressing '1', thankfully, but I foolishly attempted to ring the number back, only to be met with silence (a decision I now recognise as a misstep). If anyone has any tips on how to proceed from here, I would greatly appreciate your insight.

Today, I received a rather alarming call that began with the phrase "prior to any legal proceedings." Just the latest in a string of scams flooding in these days. To top it off, I also got a call from someone claiming they could lower my life insurance premiums-yet another familiar scam! It's baffling to think how these individuals can rest easy at night; truly a pack of charlatans.
