I didn’t pick up the call initially, but when I rang back, it went straight to voicemail and the message said something about the ‘membership team’.

I got a call pretending to be from 118 118, saying they needed to update their records. I'm pretty sure they were just trying to fish out my personal info. Seemed dodgy to me.

got a call from someone claiming to be 118 118, said they were just updating their info. sounded dodgy so i told them to take us off their list. the person replied they weren't able to do that. turns out they aren't really 118 at all, just collecting data to sell on, which means more annoying calls from these nuisances.

Got a call from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations saying I should ring them back. They didn't say why though. Since my membership renewal is coming up next month, I guess they're just trying to get the payment sorted early.
