They kept probing whether I'd been involved in an accident, and when I informed them it was a case of misdialling, they seemed utterly oblivious! I didn’t receive any further response, so it’s likely some sort of pre-recorded nonsense. I've gone ahead and blocked the number, and I’d advise others to do the same.

Got a call today from 0161 738 1254 saying they were from Microsoft, claiming my PC was spreading a virus and asked me to switch it on. I said I wasn’t interested and ended the call. Right after, the same bloke (with dodgy English) rang back from 0207 950163 asking why I’d hung up! I told him this was harassment and next time I’d get the police involved. They’ve phoned me at least three times today but never left any messages. BEWARE - both these numbers belong to the same scammers!!

I reckon there’s gotta be a purpose behind why these companies and groups keep ringing. Surely they’d know if the person they’re calling hasn’t been involved in any accident or anything like that? They’re constantly ringing from different numbers, and even tho I’ve told them more than 4 times to take me off their list, the calls keep coming. I get loads of calls for work so I have to pick up every time, which makes this company really annoying! Not sure if it’s Sigma or Cigna, cos when I call their international centre they spell everything differently and tell me the head office is the number that called me.
