Today I got a call from 07852288469. The person said they were from HMRC and claimed I was involved in tax fraud.

This is definitely a scam, I would warn everyone about it. They even threatened to cancel my driving licence, passport and National Insurance number. Really dangerous stuff, watch out!

I received a rather dubious call from an automated number claiming to be HMRC, insisting there was a warrant for my arrest. They requested that I press 1 to connect with an advisor. Oddly enough, this individual seemed completely oblivious to my name or address, which raised a red flag for me. I promptly hung up. I'm certain it was a scam, even though when I tried ringing the number back, a recorded message from the Royal Courts of Justice played. Whatever you do, don’t share any personal information with these unscrupulous callers!

I had a rather unpleasant encounter with a chap from Crete on the phone who was trying to pull a fast one. When I confronted him about being a fraud and mentioned that the Tax Office had no claims against me, his response was quite astonishing-he actually called me a rather unsavoury name! It’s worth noting that Tax Officers don’t typically speak to the public in such a manner. If you get a call from them, it might be prudent to hang onto your wits. They can be reached at 07322 242245 for legitimate matters. Don't let these crooks take advantage of you-stand your ground!

Got a rude bloke on the phone claiming there was a warrant out for my arrest over tax fraud. When I said I'd ring my work to check, he sternly told me not to get in touch with anyone. Honestly, just ignore calls like this.
