He expressed there was a supposed security issue with my computer. His instructions were peculiar - he wanted me to hit the Windows key and R together, open up "Notepad", and enter CMD before clicking OK. I informed him that a look at the caller ID indicated it was a scam, and I intended to report it. This seemed to frustrate him, as he insisted that BT forbids them from using mobile phones.
