They keep ringing me non-stop, it's so annoying. This time I decided to fake that I’d been in a crash to see what they would say. The lady on the phone, who had an Asian accent, told me it was about a traffic accident I supposedly had. I played along, and right after I said that, she passed me over to a bloke. I asked him to spell out the company name (Saigol) and where he got my accident details from, and he said the Road Traffic Accident Department. The moment I told him I’m fed up with their calls and that I hadn’t had any accident, he just cut me off.
