As a registered member of the Telephone Preference Service, it's quite clear that this call I've received was utterly unlawful. To make matters worse, the caller had the audacity to claim, "this is in relation to your accident", when in reality, I've never been involved in any sort of accident whatsoever! It was astonishing; he didn't even bother to know my name. It's truly disheartening to see there are individuals out there who resort to such deceitful tactics.
