I got a call from an English woman claiming she'd heard I'd been in an accident that wasn’t my fault (which is rubbish, never happened). I decided to play along and said yes, just for a laugh. Then she passed me to her ‘manager’ - a bloke with a strong Asian accent who was clearly on his phone in a car, and I could barely hear him. He then started reading a really stiff script until I told him I wouldn't trust anyone this unprofessional with my business, accident or no accident. Right after that, he just hung up. What a load of toss.
