Laura sounds totally like a bot. They asked if I’d been in an accident and when, I said “tomorrow”. For who got hurt, I answered “God”. When asked who covers the insurance, I said “the Queen”. Still ended up talking to some idiot who was just told to buzz off and multiply!

I've been receiving calls from loads of different London numbers (this one as well) and every time it's Glaxo Conciliary Services ringing about an accident I'm supposedly involved in. When I asked why they use so many numbers, they said they have an automated system that dials out from various lines. The guy I spoke to didn't even know which number he'd called me from.

Got a call today from someone who said they were 'Glaxo Customary Services' or something like that. A woman named Laura James was asking me about an accident I supposedly had, which is total rubbish as I never had one. I’m pretty annoyed cause I’m signed up with TPS and also pay another firm £35 a year to stop these kinds of calls, and they had actually stopped for a while. I’ll be reporting this lot to the company I pay, as they actually chase these scammers and take legal action.
