I received a rather peculiar call from someone inquiring about a car accident I apparently had. I explained that I don’t even drive, hence I couldn't possibly be involved in any such mishap! To my surprise, they just cut the line without another word. How incredibly impolite!

Got a call today from 020 7946 1973, and I reckon this is at least the twentieth time some company’s tried ringing me up, saying I’ve been in a car crash or something. Usually, I pretend I’ve forgotten everything and sound really sarcastic. Today, I was at work and not in the mood, so I asked the lady - oddly it’s always a lady - just to quit calling me. Dunno if it’ll do any good, probably won’t. But honestly, I’m proper tired of these scam calls!
