Received a call this evening from a bloke with an accent akin to Indian. He alleged he represented some sort of lifestyle options firm and insisted that one of his associates had tried reaching me a few days back, but I was supposedly otherwise occupied, hence his call now. I pushed back on this, stating it couldn't be true as I'd have told them bluntly to bugger off. He then suggested that perhaps a family member had picked up, to which I replied that it's just me in the house. He continued to probe with his questions, and honestly, I lost patience and ended the call.
