This bloke spoke with a heavy Indian accent and claimed his name was ‘Michael’. Sure, right! Then he started talking so fast I couldn’t make a word of it. I just ended the call with a simple goodbye like any decent Brit would.

I’ve been getting calls on both my mobile and landline from this number I don’t know. I’ve stopped answering since it looks dodgy, but it’s quite frustrating. My landline keeps buzzing because they ring, wait for the answerphone to kick in, hang up after a bit, then the whole thing starts over again.

They've rung me two times in just a few days. When I asked for the exact date of my supposed "accident," they just said something like 'within the last 2 or 3 years.' Seems to me it's just another one of those calls where the goal is to waste your time until they eventually give up and hang up!
