Around 9:45 this morning, I received a call from a foreign lady claiming there was an issue with my computer. I assured her there was no problem on my end and promptly ended the conversation. Quite the nuisance, really!

Received a dodgy call the other day, claiming to be from a tech support team that evidently had my computer’s best interests at heart. The kicker? They were adamant about fixing my devices for a hefty fee, despite my repeated assertions that I use a MacBook and an iMac. Remarkably, they still pressed for me to "run some diagnostics" on them. So, I decided to play along and mentioned I had a tech whizz on the line with me who was savvy in both Mac and PC issues. At that point, eerily enough, the line went silent! I attempted to ring the number back, but surprise, surprise, it wasn’t recognised by BT. Definitely a scam, folks!
