I let this random number ring for ages without picking up, it just kept going on and on until they finally gave up and hung up. Quite odd to think calls from India get routed through here in the UK like that.

Some bloke called me pretending to be from a legal firm. When I asked why he was ringing since I hadn’t shared my number with them, he said he just wanted to chat because he liked the sound of my voice! I hung up on him, but he had the nerve to ring back and ask what was wrong! Seriously odd.

Got a call from some company out of India or Pakistan saying they knew I'd been in a car crash. It was definitely one of those cold calls, so I just ignored it. Don’t bother answering, it’s just a scam.

I've been getting calls from this number at all sorts of odd hours, both during the day and late at night. The moment I pick up, the call just drops! If I attempt to ring it back, an automated message informs me that the number isn't valid. Quite baffling, really!

Got a call from some dodgy firm that’s clearly ignoring GDPR and shouldn’t even have my details. I told the person on the phone they’re working for a shady operation and suggested maybe they find a proper job instead.

Got a call from a bloke who sounded like he was Pakistani, going on about me being in some accident or something. I told him to jog on and blocked his number straight away.

Someone got in touch claiming to discuss an 'incident' I supposedly experienced. Well, surprise surprise, there was no incident at all. Total scam!

Got a call from some number, didn't recognise who it was. The way they spoke, it was like I was the one who phoned them first. Heard loads of other voices in the background, but the accent didn't seem Indian to me.
