I received a phone call from someone who was masquerading as a BT technician, claiming there was an issue with my internet security. However, once I realised he wasn’t actually with BT and confronted him about it, he turned aggressive and spoke very harshly to me.

However, when I confronted the individual and realised they weren’t affiliated with BT, their tone shifted to aggressive and quite vile. I decided it was best to terminate the call right then.
