I informed the caller that we had actually been taking fibreglass out of our loft due to a pest issue - which is entirely accurate - and were in the process of substituting it with thermal blocks instead. Despite this, the lady continued to insist that their services came at no charge, clearly oblivious to our location and having dialled our number at random. When I pressed her about whether she knew our address, she abruptly hung up.
