I got calls from these scammers pretending to do BITCOIN recovery stuff. First, they rang me from a London area code, then tried again from a Manchester 0161 number. They hung up, and later called back from a number that showed as ‘unavailable’ or some out of area place. The person on the other end was really rude, swearing at me before slamming the phone down. Definitely scammers, watch out!
