Received a call this evening, on a Sunday, but when we answered, there was nothing on the other end - just silence. I tried ringing them back, only to be met with an automated message requesting my account number. Every time I held the line, though, it cut off. Quite frustrating!

I've had a bit of luck with this. If you enter a complete gibberish account number and pin (I opted for 1 followed by another 1), it connects you to an operator with an accent who claims to be from a company with a rather forgettable name, something along the lines of "whatever in India". We tried to get the name but it totally slipped our grasp despite several attempts. It appears these folks are trying to sell international calling services.
