For a change, I picked up recently, and the caller claimed to be from SKY, saying they could lower my monthly charge from £72.49 down to £11.99. When I asked why she was asking for security details, she said it wasn’t necessary because she already knew who I was. I asked her to tell me my name, but she just kept repeating herself without answering. I told her to stop calling or I’d report her, then ended the call and blocked the number.
