I received a telephone call from someone requesting to talk to the financial director. Upon inquiring who was calling, he introduced himself as Shane from Indigo. I probed a bit further, asking about the purpose of the call, only to be told that he could only reveal that information to the financial director directly. When I mentioned that the director was currently unavailable, he simply replied that he would try to reach out again later.

I must say, I’ve got some reservations regarding this property investment. They asserted that they had reached out to us previously, but truth be told, that’s simply not the case. It seems they're throwing about unfounded assertions regarding the impact of immigration in the UK on soaring property prices. Quite dubious, if you ask me!

I was prompted to chat with the financial manager regarding currency exchange rates-clearly a scam. I could actually overhear others in the background, in what sounded like a boiler room! I swiftly ended the call and blocked the number without hesitation.
