We attempted to reach out to them, but it seems utterly futile. It’s as if their sales line and customer service are cloaked in silence! And imagine paying 60 pence a minute only to end up with some sort of answering service. To top it all off, their official office, where they presumably handle correspondence, was actually listed as available for rent! Quite the comforting thought, isn’t it?

We've also found ourselves duped by these con artists. The Westone operation was nothing short of a swindle.
