Gave me a bell, and as soon as I answered, they hung up. It was rather peculiar - didn’t utter a word, but the line felt like it was connected to a busy office.

We received a call earlier today; it caught us a bit off guard. We’ve had a positive experience with XLN Telecom, so we were quite pleased initially. However, the chap on the line kept firing YES/NO questions at us. We responded to a couple, but when we asked him to send over a survey via email, he abruptly hung up. Just a heads up-this feels a bit dodgy, like it might be a scam.
