He claimed this upgrade would eliminate all unwanted calls and pesky salespeople! Then he mentioned transferring me to his manager and told me to hold on. They're insisting that we're on the brink of losing our internet for supposedly downloading adult content. They left a pre-recorded message claiming my internet service provider is set to cut me off within the next couple of days due to some alleged unlawful conduct on my connection. Quite laughable, honestly. Just disregard it.
