Somebody rang me saying they were from Virgin Media, telling me there was a problem with my router. I've had loads of these calls before, so I challenged them straight away since I don't even use Virgin. The number they called from looked dodgy, and when I tried ringing it back, it just didn't connect. I hung on the phone and argued with them for ages, hoping to waste their time and stop them from hassling anyone who might be more vulnerable. After a while, they finally gave up and ended the call.
