I had a rather unpleasant encounter with a pension firm today-something along the lines of AOS Pensions, I believe. The person on the line had the audacity to call me a miserable cow and wished me a rather unfortunate day when I politely declined to continue the conversation. Honestly, it’s quite shocking; I think they ought to be shut down for such disgraceful behaviour!
