I received a call earlier today from someone claiming to be from BT. They requested my account information, which I refused to provide. The caller insisted that there were issues with my BT router, to which I replied that I don’t even have one. They quite rudely insisted that I was mistaken, so I decided to tell them where to go and hung up.
