The guy even gave me his own number to call back, but when I tried it was switched off. I had a quick look online and it seems dodgy. I didn’t ring the bank directly since I’ve been pretty busy. A few days later they rang again, but I accidentally pressed the wrong button and it hung up straight away. When I tried calling back, an automated message asked me to say my ID number, so I didn’t say anything.
