2 yearsI recently got a call from this number, 020 7796 8266, but I didn’t manage to pick it up. The first time they rang, they left a message claiming to be from Lloyds Bank, suggesting I might need assistance. The chap even gave me his personal number, so I decided to ring back, but needless to say, it was switched off. I did a quick search on Google and it looks rather dodgy - could very well be a scam. Admittedly, I didn’t get around to contacting the bank directly since I’ve been quite swamped with tasks. A few days later, I got another call from the same number. This time, I actually answered, but I accidentally pressed the wrong button and it cut off! I attempted to return the call only to be met with an automated message asking for my ID number. Naturally, I wasn’t comfortable sharing that. It all feels a bit off, so keep your wits about you if you encounter this number!Lloyds BankGoogle2 yearsGot a call I wasn’t expecting, so I just let it ring out.
