I believe it’s a third-party firm that seems to be well aware of the O2 contracts nearing their renewal dates. Initially, I thought I was speaking to someone from O2 when I picked up the call. It was only when they probed me for my personal information that I started to feel a bit suspicious. I questioned them on why they didn't already have that information, especially since they were the ones making the call, and after a bit of back-and-forth, they admitted they weren't actually O2. They tried to deny it a tad too vehemently, claiming they were just working on behalf of O2 to keep their customers engaged. My real grievance lies with O2, as they must have shared my number with these folks!
