I got a call from someone saying they were from Sure Legal, linked with RG Solicitors in Kent, but RG Solicitors told me they've never contacted me and that the caller must be using their name without permission. They've called me three times now, and every time I ask to speak to a manager or get details of their complaints process, they just hang up. Because they mentioned personal info about an accident I was involved in, I've reported the calls to the ICO, as I think they've got my details in an unlawful way.

Can someone please block this number right away? It’s really annoying me!

Got a call out of the blue from this number, saying they could help me get compensation for a car accident. They only mentioned Legal Assist after I insisted on knowing who they were. When I said I wasn’t hurt, they said I could still claim for any discomfort. Then when I asked how they were connected to the insurance firms, the call just ended suddenly.
