5 yearsSomeone called saying they were from BT's Tech team and that they urgently needed to check my IPA Google account number. Turns out, just about an hour before, I’d got a text from BT saying my landline and internet issue had been sorted and I might need to reboot my router. When I told the caller I wasn’t able to talk then and would ring BT’s Tech team back later, he kept insisting he was actually from BT’s Tech support. I wasn’t fooled by his pushiness though.
