Got a robotic call saying HMRC had issued a claim against me. Out of interest, I pressed 1 and then some piano tunes played in the background while a synthetic voice with an American accent kept saying, "Your call is really important to us - please remain on the line." This kept going round and round for ages, probably about 5 minutes. Eventually, I just ended the call.
