I keep getting calls from this number, but as soon as I pick up, there's nobody there. It's incredibly frustrating!

I received a call yesterday, but unfortunately, I couldn't pick up at that moment. They left a voicemail regarding my job application, requesting that I return the call to the same number. However, every time I've tried to ring back, I'm met with silence! A recorded voice simply informs me that they can't take my call and suggests I leave a message. I did that yesterday, but when I tried again today, it was the same automated response. It's quite the laugh, really!
