I received a rather unsettling phone call. It was a pre-recorded message claiming I had an outstanding debt with HMRC. The voice ominously warned that if I didn't get in touch straight away, they would issue a warrant for my arrest. I'd be lying if I said it didn't leave me feeling anxious!
