I picked up the phone anticipating a call from London, but the person on the other end disconnected straight away. When I tried to return the call, I got an automated message declaring that the number wasn't recognised. I hadn’t actually called the number myself; I merely hit the option to call back the last incoming call. So, it wasn’t a mere slip of the finger-clearly, this number isn’t legitimate. Very suspicious, indeed!
